John Buyukbingol

John Buyukbingol has a diverse work experience in the software development and technical support field. John is currently working at Alex Solutions as a Technical Support Manager since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Solution Architect at the same company from August 2021 to May 2022. John started their career at Alex Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining Alex Solutions, John was self-employed as a Software Development Consultant for Ribbon and Netas. John provided architectural insights for projects, solutions to complex issues, and worked from January 2019 to May 2019.

John has also worked at Netas, where they held multiple roles. John was a Software Development Manager from March 2017 to December 2018, leading a team of 12 software engineers. John had technical ownership of the Ribbon GenView Manager and provided project and feature statuses in program reviews. Prior to this, they served as a Software Subdomain Architect & Team Lead from November 2011 to February 2017. John was responsible for defining software product roadmap strategy and design requirements. John also mentored team members and contributed to design estimations for feature and enhancement requests. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Developer in Genband GVM product family from November 2010 to November 2011 and as a Senior Software Developer in GSM/SIP Call Systems from June 2010 to November 2010.

Before joining Netas, John worked at Nortel Netas as a Software Developer in IT Tools & Solutions from January 2009 to December 2009. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer in CS2M (OSS/BSS) from November 2006 to January 2009.

John Buyukbingol completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sabanci University between 2001 and 2006.
