Mas Jamei has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, at Alex Solutions, Mas serves as a Technical Product Owner, responsible for prioritizing backlog items and implementing frameworks to ensure efficient management of tasks. Mas previously worked as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at the same company, where they gathered requirements from clients and facilitated communication with the tech lead. Prior to Alex Solutions, Mas worked as a Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Lead, introducing a quality assurance procedure that resulted in a significant decrease in support tickets for projects. Mas also has experience as an Experienced .Net Analyst & Developer at Simple Net Australia, where they automated manual processes and developed back-end using ASP. Before that, Mas worked as a Business Analyst and Web Developer at Project Service, implementing new systems and developing a task manager system. Mas also worked as a Web Developer at Tamin, analyzing customer requirements and finding solutions for their needs. Finally, Mas worked as a Web Developer at Sanatyar Software Solutions, focusing on developing ERP systems using various technologies.

Mas Jamei completed a Master's degree in Information System (MIS) from the University of Melbourne from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Azad University (IAU) between 2009 and 2013.
