Debra Bernstein is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta office at Quinn Emanuel, specializing in trial law with a focus on commercial litigation, antitrust matters, and class actions. With a proven track record, Debra has secured over $1 billion in settlements and has pioneered corporate opt-out litigation, including representing Dell in significant price-fixing cases. Debra's expertise has gained recognition from Chambers USA and the ABA Antitrust Law Section, where they serve as Vice Chair of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee. Debra holds a Bachelor's Degree in American History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
