Rick Werder

Rick Werder is a Partner at Quinn Emanuel, where they specialize in complex litigation, including commercial disputes, financial institution litigation, and patent cases. They have been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and have been recognized in the Chambers USA directory and by Benchmark Litigation for their notable legal work. Rick has extensive experience as a law clerk for both the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and they previously served as a Partner at Jones Day before joining Quinn Emanuel in 2006. They hold a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Economics and History from Canisius University.
