Tracie Crook

Tracie Crook is recognized as a results-driven change strategist. She joined McCarthy’s in 2011 to help the 160-year-old institution transform its operations and create a world-class delivery team for the future. She oversaw a multi-year transformation program to introduce a new service delivery model, apply technology solutions and process redesign to drive collaboration, innovation and efficiency. Prior to McCarthy’s, Tracie honed her reputation as a top leader of change while serving as President and CEO of ResMor Trust Company, a federally regulated mortgage provider. She also served as the Director of Business Management for the TSX Group, the third largest stock exchange in North America. Tracie also spent three years with Sprint Canada, ultimately achieving the post of Director of Management and Outsourcing.

A Certified Director, Tracie currently sits on the YPOI Strategy Committee, YPO Ontario Chapter Chair, advisory board for Embassy Flavours, and is a former Board member of the Ontario Public Service Employees’ Union, the Housing Services Inc., GMAC Residential Funding of Canada Limited, and The Fraser Institute. Tracie holds a Master of Science from the Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ferris State University, and has taken executive courses at Harvard Business School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Queen’s University.
