Currently serving as the Vice President at Alexander Anderson Real Estate Group since March 2014, Brendan oversees a team of brokers while representing various stakeholders in the leasing and sales of diverse property types. Previously, Brendan held roles as an Asset Manager at Arcola Realty, managing a comprehensive real estate portfolio, and as a Senior Associate at The Schonbraun McCann Consulting Group, focusing on due diligence for property acquisitions. Earlier experience includes positions at Simone Development, Malkin Properties, and Meringoff Properties, where Brendan gained expertise in lease negotiations, financial modeling, and property management. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston University.
