Janice O’Reilly

Janice previously worked as a treasurer at American Student Assistance and as a director at Accounting Management Solutions, Inc. In January 2009, they joined TechCXO as a partner and provided CFO services to a variety of clients, with a particular focus on emerging technology companies. Janice has executed many equity transactions, including Series A through F and seed funding, and has implemented operational growth strategies for their clients.
