Francisco Gutierrez

Francisco Gutierrez has extensive work experience in the development and design industry. Francisco started their career at Gensler as a Design Architect from 1997 to 2001. Francisco then moved on to The Mills Corporation as a Retail Design Manager from 2002 to 2006. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Director of Planning and Design at General Growth Properties. Following that, they joined OliverMcMillan as a Development Director from 2011 to 2012. Francisco then worked at GGP as a Senior Director of Development from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Alexander & Baldwin as the Senior Vice President of Development.

Francisco Gutierrez pursued their education in the field of architecture and urban planning. From an unspecified start date to 1992, they attended the Centre d'Etude d'Architecture at d'Urbanisme, where they focused on urban planning studies. Following that, from an unspecified start date to 1993, they enrolled at the University of Houston, where they obtained a Master's degree in Architecture.
