Matthew Schull

Matthew Schull is an experienced leasing and commercial real estate professional with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as Leasing Manager at Alexander & Baldwin since March 2021, Matthew specializes in leasing the company's commercial real estate portfolio, particularly resort assets across Hawaii. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where Matthew represented clients in retail lease and sale transactions throughout urban and resort markets in Hawaii. Matthew also contributed significantly to over 100 lease transactions as an Associate at CBRE and gained foundational experience in commercial real estate through internships with various organizations, including The Nature Conservancy and Kamehameha Schools. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Colorado College.
