Medina Bilalli

Medina Bilalli is a Recruitment Consultant at Alexander Chapman, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Medina served as Team Lead & Account Manager and Senior Project Coordinator at The Ortus Club from July 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included researching target accounts and overseeing projects in the Kosovo Region, as well as developing networking strategies for securing guest lists for events. Prior experience includes working as Alumni Coordinator at American Councils for International Education from August 2020 to July 2022, and as Team Lead at 4 Your Voice NGO from October 2018 to June 2019. Medina is currently pursuing studies at the University of Prishtina, expected to graduate in January 2024, following earlier education at Canton High School, which included participation in the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program.
