Alexander & Co. is a boutique consultancy advising founders, executives, boards and investors across luxury, fashion, beauty, design and culture on the leadership decisions that drive creative and commercial performance.
We work at the intersection of three capabilities that are typically siloed across different firms and bring them together in one focused practice.

Executive Search
We identify and place creative and brand leaders at the most senior levels. Chief Creative Officers, Chief Design Officers, CMOs, Brand Directors and the executives who define what a house stands for. Our work is built on genuine industry relationships and a deep understanding of how the best creative talent thinks, what motivates it, and what it needs to perform. Clients have included Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Vitra and Haus Labs by Lady Gaga.

Creative Leadership Consulting
We help brands define where creative authority should sit, how it should operate, and who needs to deliver it. This spans executive creative vision, product category design leadership, and brand image strategy, translating taste, identity and creative decision-making into a system that drives measurable commercial performance.
Organisational Design
We design the structures, decision rights and operating models that allow leadership teams to execute with clarity across global headquarters, functions, regions and individual role mandates. Including net-new leadership roles where the market is still defining what great looks like.

Leadership & Talent Advisory
Assessment, talent mapping, succession planning and leadership architecture, helping businesses de-risk the decisions that matter most and build the team required for their next stage of growth.
We co-create with the people who run the business. Solutions are fast, practical and built to be used, not filed away.
