Hayley Alexander

Hayley Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Hayley started their career as a Social Worker in various government and non-profit organizations from 1992 to 2002. In 2002, they became the General Manager at Alexander Petroleum Services Ltd until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Alexander Group Holdings Ltd, first as a Business Development Manager and later as the General Manager. In 2011, they joined Alexander Group as an Executive Director and held this role until 2018. Currently, Hayley is the CEO at Alexander Group NZ, a position they have held since April 2018.

Hayley Alexander completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree at Massey University from 1989 to 1992. In 2002, they pursued a Master of Philosophy degree in Public Policy from Massey University. In 2017, Hayley obtained a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
