Elizabeth Watson

Elizabeth Watson is a director in the Chicago office. As a director, Elizabeth works with clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and health care. Recently, Elizabeth was involved with a full sales transformation for a leading manufacturing company where she led go-to-customer strategy optimization and change management efforts. She also has experience leading sales organization assessments, job role design, and compensation assessment and design.

Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Elizabeth worked as an international business consultant for Domino’s Pizza in Ann Arbor, MI. During her time at Domino’s she drove results through strategic planning, franchisee development, marketing and promotional strategies, financial management and operations performance improvement. She has a B.A. and an MBA from the Ross School of Business from the University of Michigan.
