Alexander Hamilton Scholars
Vincent Tran is a Program Specialist at Alexander Hamilton Scholars since April 2024, focusing on support for first-generation, low-income students nationwide. Tran founded and directed the UCSB Chapter of CampMed from January to July 2023 and worked as a Research Assistant at the James Roney Psychological & Brain Sciences Lab for a short period in 2023. Previously, Tran held multiple roles, including Hamilton Scholar and Program Intern at Alexander Hamilton Scholars from 2018 to 2023, an Emergency Medical Scribe at Cottage Health from June 2021 to May 2023, a Letters & Science Collegiate Senator with Associated Students of UC Santa Barbara in 2021, and a Health Scholar with COPE Health Scholars in early 2021. Tran earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara in June 2023 and is currently pursuing further education at UCLA, having previously graduated from Magnolia High School in 2019.
