Alyssa Batt holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Illinois University, attained in 2012. Currently serving as a 1:1 Instructor at the Alexander Leigh Center for Autism since January 2017, Alyssa has a strong background in working with children with special needs and in facilitating their development through applied behavior analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Behavior Technician at Impacting Autism, LLC, and as an Assistant Manager at Chicks On The Square, where management and operational responsibilities were key. Alyssa's early career also includes serving as a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Duncan, where responsibilities involved engaging with children in various activities, and as a Sales Representative at Justice Just For Girls, focusing on customer service and event organization.
