Jim Allen

Jim Allen has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Jim has served as a Director of Human Resources for multiple companies, overseeing various locations and departments. Their responsibilities have included coordinating HR assimilation during company mergers, conducting regulatory training for supervisors and employees, and auditing company policies and procedures. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Alexander Lumber Co. under the supervision of the President.

Jim Allen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, with a field of study in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Jim also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their degrees, Jim has obtained the SPHR certification.
