Constance Nauta

Constance Nauta is an experienced legal professional currently serving as bedrijfsjurist, secretaris raad van bestuur, and functionaris gegevensbescherming at Alexander Monro Ziekenhuis since May 2016. Prior to this role, Constance worked as hoofd jurist at Prinses Máxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie from March 2013 to August 2016, contributing to the establishment of a national pediatric oncology center focused on achieving high cure rates for children with cancer. Additional experience includes membership on the complaints committees for Zuidhollandse Centrale Klachtencommissie Kinderopvang and Jeugdbescherming Rotterdam Rijnmond, as well as serving as rechter-plaatsvervanger at Rechtbank Rotterdam and practicing as an advocaat at Nauta Dutilh. Constance holds a Master's degree in Law from Leiden University, obtained between 1980 and 1987, and a VWO B diploma from Christelijk Lyceum Alphen aan den Rijn, completed in 1979.
