Matt Nagler

Matt Nagler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. As COO and Co-Founder of BANKW Staffing, LLC since January 2011, Nagler has played a key role in developing successful staffing companies across New Hampshire and Greater Boston. In addition, Nagler co-founded and serves as Managing Partner of Sales Search Partners, specializing in the direct placement of sales professionals. Other leadership positions include Founder and Managing Partner of The Nagler Group, Managing Partner at both Alexander Technology Group and KBW Financial Staffing Solutions, and Partner at Ian's LLC., a multi-unit restaurant company. Nagler's previous experience includes multiple roles at Robert Half International, and involvement as an Investor and Advisory Board Member at Eastern Standard Provisions. Educationally, Nagler holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Volunteering for Make-A-Wish from 2001 to 2019 also reflects Nagler's commitment to community service.
