Jonathan Muthige has extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership across multiple prominent organizations. As the Chief Human Capital & Transformation Officer at Alexander Forbes, Jonathan focuses on strategic HR initiatives. Previously serving as Group Human Resources Director at Atlas Mara Ltd. and Pick 'n Pay, Jonathan has a strong background in managing HR functions at a group level. At Standard Bank Group, Jonathan held several key roles, including Head of Operations for both the Rest of Africa and Southern & Central Africa, as well as HR Director for Global Operations & IT. Jonathan's career also includes a position as HR Director for Turkey Business Unit and Group Office at The Coca-Cola Company.
