Matt Harms

Director, Interstate Operations at Alexander's Mobility Services

Matt Harms has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt started their career as a wildland firefighter with the Oregon Department of Forestry in 1997. Later, they joined the Air National Guard as an aircraft crash/rescue specialist. In 2000, they worked as a helitack firefighter with the Department of Natural Resources. Matt also owned and operated their own trucking company, Milo Trucking, from 2005 to 2013. Matt then transitioned to work at Alexander's Mobility Services, starting as a driver in 2002 and eventually becoming the Director of Interstate Operations in 2019. Matt also has experience as a ski patroller at Mt Hood Ski Patrol and Mt. Hood Skibowl, as well as roles in warehouse and operations management.

Matt Harms has studied Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) at Mt. Hood Community College. Matt has also studied Fire Science/Fire-fighting at Portland Community College. However, no specific start or end years are provided for either of these educational pursuits.
