Kristian Krämer

Kristian Krämer has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of strategic business, project management, and innovation. Kristian is currently serving as the Head of the Strategic Business & Governance Department at Alexandra Instituttet. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Program Manager and Senior Project & Business Development Manager at the same company.

In addition, Krämer has held key positions in several organizations and clusters. Kristian served as the Cluster Manager at Danish Sound Cluster, where they were responsible for project development, internationalization activities, and maintaining external relations and partnerships. Kristian also worked as the Head of Projects and Internationalization at the same cluster.

Krämer has also worked as a Special Advisor at DTU Compute and as an Advisory Board Member at Cluster Excellence Denmark. Kristian served as the Chairman of External Examiners at VIA University College, overseeing the quality and persistence of a specific educational program.

Furthermore, Krämer has experience in managing and supporting the development of various industry sectors. Kristian was the Manager of Westdenmark at Interactive Denmark, where they accelerated and coordinated the development of the Danish Digital Visual Industries. Kristian also worked as a Project Portfolio Manager at Filmby Aarhus, responsible for innovation and development projects within the Digital Visual Industries.

Prior to these roles, Krämer was the Head of Shareplay, where they developed and implemented business development activities for the audiovisual industry. Kristian has also worked as a Senior Digital Business Strategist and Research & Innovation Specialist at Alexandra Instituttet, where they focused on business model innovation, digital strategies, and the development of innovation projects within the creative industries.

Kristian Krämer pursued their education starting in the year 2000 at Århus Erhvervs Akademi, where they studied Multimedia Design until 2002. Following this, from 2004 to 2009, they attended Aarhus University, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Science. In addition to their formal education, Kristian obtained several certifications. In 2010, they completed the "Digital Distribution Strategies 2010" course at Erich Pommer Institut gGmbH. The following year, in 2011, they attended the Aarhus School of Business to obtain a certification in "Forretningsudvikling- og modeller" (Business Development and Models), as well as the "Digital Distribution Strategies 2011" course at Erich Pommer Institut gGmbH. Further enhancing their skill set in project management, they obtained the PRINCE2® certification from EXIN in 2016. Finally, in 2023, Kristian acquired the "Half Double Foundation" certification from APMG International.
