E. Wayne also worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at McKinley Irvin, where they were responsible for overall management and financial-related activities of the firm, achieving significant growth and process improvements. E. Wayne has also held positions at K&L Gates LLP, Preston Gates Ellis LLP, Perkins Coie LLP, Alford Refrigerated Warehouses, Inc., Uccel Corporation, and Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, where they gained extensive experience in finance, treasury, procurement, and financial systems development.
