Catherine Solomon has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Tourism from Bournemouth University. Catherine is a Chartered Member of CIPD. Catherine has held various HR-related roles, starting as a Human Resources Officer at London Borough of Barnet in 2000. Catherine then progressed to HR Manager positions at Barnet Homes Ltd and The Barnet Group. Catherine was the Head of HR Delivery at The Salvation Army before taking on the role of Director of HR and Organisational Development at Alexandra Palace and Park.
