Christina Mindrup

Christina Mindrup serves as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, Inc., since September 2009, focusing on economic growth and business attraction in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to this role, Christina gained extensive experience in commercial real estate management and leasing through positions at Akridge and ING Clarion, where responsibilities included overseeing significant office renovation and construction projects. Christina also held the title of Vice President of Leasing at CarrAmerica Realty Corp, managing a substantial Northern Virginia office portfolio, and began a career as a Leasing Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle, achieving high occupancy levels for third-party accounts. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University.
