Coline Hay

Coline Hay, CPRP, CIG, currently serves as Recreation Manager for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, since September 2023. Previous roles include Facility Supervisor in Chesterfield County from April 2021 to August 2023 and Recreation Leader for the City of Alexandria from August 2016 to April 2021. Coline's experience also encompasses a position as a Herpetological Field Technician for the US Army Corps of Engineers, a Veterinary Assistant at Banfield Pet Hospital, a Research & Zoology Lab Assistant at Northern Virginia Community College, and a Geology Learning Assistant at the same institution. Additional roles include Volunteer Naturalist with the Fairfax County Park Authority and Lead Counselor at Burgundy Farm Country Day School. Coline holds a Bachelor of Individualized Study in Conservation Education & Community Engagement from George Mason University and is pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same institution, with ongoing education at the University of Virginia.
