David Ulloa

David Ulloa holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. Currently serving as the Manager of Programs and Partnerships at the City of Alexandria, Virginia, since September 2020, David Ulloa has also taken on roles including Mentoring Coordinator and Community Engagement Specialist. Prior to this, David Ulloa worked as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at TLC - The Treatment and Learning Centers from August 2022 to August 2023, and as a Gang Prevention Specialist for Miami-Dade County from September 2018 to September 2020. Additionally, David Ulloa has experience with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, where responsibilities included serving as a Juvenile Probation Officer Supervisor and Crime Prevention Program Manager from May 2015 to September 2020.
