Kristen Childs

Kristen Childs is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Legal Affairs at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Senior Counsel at Glenborough LLC from May 2004 to November 2018 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Allen Matkins from November 2000 to May 2004. Kristen earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco between 1994 and 1997 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara, received in 1993.
