Sarah Casolaro

Sarah Casolaro is a Senior Director of Talent Development at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where responsibilities include developing and executing talent development curricula, managing executive coaching programs, and partnering with business leaders to address organizational needs. With a foundational background as Co-Founder of Hollywood Female Assistants, Sarah has significantly contributed to the professional growth of over 50 female assistants in the entertainment industry. Previous roles also include positions at Abominable Pictures, where Sarah enhanced productivity through effective communication and team-building practices, and Dean Regan in Concert, where marketing and relationship management skills led to significant growth in concert bookings. Sarah holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Writing and Creative Writing from Ithaca College.
