Soley Calderon

Soley (Soledad) Calderon has extensive experience in real estate management and development, currently serving in a Real Estate Legal role at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Soley held the position of Manager for Century City Development at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from January 2012 to April 2020, where management of over $1 billion in renovation and expansion projects was accomplished, including more than 30 tenant buildouts. Prior to that, Soley served as Sr. Regional Project Coordinator for Floating Retail at Westfield from August 1999 to December 2011, acting as a key liaison and managing end-to-end project schedules. Soley began with Westfield as a Regional Project Coordinator in the Development and Tenant Coordination Department, providing support and oversight for tenant openings and project timelines. Soley holds a degree from California State University, Northridge.
