Sonny Luo, CIA, CISA, currently serves as Senior Director of Internal Audit at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Semtech from July 2013 to April 2021, where responsibilities encompassed financial, IT, operational, and compliance audits, as well as oversight of the SOX program and data analytics. Earlier, Sonny was a Manager in Internal Audit focusing on IT and business at Semtech, and previously worked at PwC as a Manager in Risk Assurance, specializing in IT, internal, SAP, and SOX audits.
