Kyle Chan, PE, ENV SP, is an experienced civil engineer with a specialized focus on structural engineering. Currently serving as Engineer II at Alexandria Renew Enterprises since November 2020, Kyle brings a robust background that includes a significant role as Civil Engineering Associate III at the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, where key contributions involved leading civil engineering design and construction management for large-scale street improvement and bike access projects, including a notable $25M bike path initiative.
