Kevin Songster is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in various managerial roles. Currently serving as General Manager and Managing Partner at Alexandria Restaurant Partners, LLC since June 2021, Kevin previously held positions such as Hospitality Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and General Manager at Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar, American Tap Room, and Champps. Kevin's extensive background includes significant experience as a District Manager at Cosi and Roadhouse Grill, and a kitchen management role at Don Shula's Hotel. Kevin earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, building on foundational education at Johnson and Wales University.
