Scott Shaw

Scott Shaw is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and economic development sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Alexandria Restaurant Partners, LLC since January 2015 and Co-Founder of ALX Community since September 2017. With a commitment to community development, Scott has been a Board Member of the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership (AEDP) since January 2011. Scott's extensive experience includes founding Fishbowl Marketing, managing Austin Grills, and partnering at CAFE TU TU TANGO. Scott also co-founded Amy's Ice Creams in the late 1980s. Educational credentials include a degree from Yale University, obtained between 1978 and 1983.
