Martin Ozores is an experienced coaching manager currently leading a team of over 30 coaches at Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington, positively impacting more than 12,000 children ages 2-8 annually in Northern Virginia. In addition to this role, Martin serves as a coaching coordinator and soccer coach for the Alexandria Soccer Association, working with 2015 and 2014 Boys Black teams. Previous coaching roles include positions as a soccer coach at Florida Premier F.C. where Martin coached the 2009 NPL boys and was Technical Director for younger groups, as well as head coach at Elite Soccer Skills Academy for u12 boys and assistant for u14 boys and u16 girls. Additionally, Martin has experience as the head coach for u10 and u11 boys at FC Tampa Rangers. Martin's educational background includes a degree from Thomas University.

Alexandria Soccer Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established in 1970 in Alexandria, Virginia. ASA operates in the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and offers soccer programs for children ages two through Adult. ASA programs are intended to develop good character, mental and physical fitness, and interpersonal skills through soccer activities. Sportsmanship, social skills, and self-esteem are developed by player participation and regular interaction with volunteer and professional coaches. The mission of Alexandria Soccer Association is to provide instructional and competitive soccer programs that develop and motivate citizens, build character, and make a positive impact on Alexandria and the surrounding communities.
