Mihaela Onofrei

Mihaela Onofrei is the current Vice-Rector of Student Affairs and Partnerships with the Economic Environment at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. Mihaela previously worked as an HR Manager for Strawberry Star Group from April 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were an HR Advisor for Aspect Maintenance Ltd from November 2014 to September 2015. From October 2015 to March 2018, they worked as an HR Generalist for ICTS UK Ltd. Mihaela also has experience as a Payroll Consultant for Payerise Ltd from December 2011 to November 2014. In their early career, they worked as an Administrator/Compliance Officer for Eden Brown from August 2010 to October 2011.

Mihaela Onofrei has a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 7) from Development Process Group PLC, a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 5) from Development Processes Group PLC, and a CIPD Certification in Human Resource (Level 3) from Havering College. Mihaela also has a Master Degree in European Studies from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University.

Mihaela Onofrei works with Ionel Mangalagiu - Vice-Rector, Scientific Research Programs and Technology Transfer, Florin Brinza - Vice-Rector, MA and PhD Studies, Quality Management and UAIC extensions, and Corneliu Iațu - Vice-Rector, Strategy, Institutional Development and Personnel. Their manager is Tudorel Toader, Rector.
