Samer El Serafy

Samer El Serafy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer management. Currently serving as a Senior Storage and Backup Admin at ALEXBANK since April 2023, Samer previously held roles at Dell EMC, including Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Support Engineer, where a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem resolution was demonstrated. Samer also worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at IBM, providing remote support and managing escalations, and began a career in IT at the Egyptian Banks Company and MCIT. Samer holds two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cape Breton University and Canadian International College.
