Andrew Thistle

Andrew Thistle is an experienced marketing and commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of US Marketing for gMG at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Biogen, including Senior Product Manager for the Interferon Franchise and completing a comprehensive Commercial Leadership Development Program with several rotations. Andrew's foundational experience in engineering began at ConforMIS, Inc., where significant contributions included leading product launches and designing medical instruments. With an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Union College, Andrew combines strategic marketing expertise with a strong technical background.
