Bo Lang

Bo Lang currently serves as Principal Scientist at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., beginning in July 2023. Previously, at Bristol Myers Squibb from June 2015 to July 2023, Bo Lang held the title of Senior Principal Scientist in Drug Product Development, leading formulation development for poorly permeable clinical-stage compounds and spearheading collaborative research efforts with University College Dublin. Bo Lang's earlier experiences include formulation and process development roles at Mylan and a summer internship at Gilead Sciences. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Bioscience from the University of Science and Technology of China, where Bo Lang also received recognition for outstanding undergraduate research. A notable achievement includes receiving the 2022 BMS Science, Technology, and Engineering Leadership Award for contributions to bioavailability enhancement of challenging compounds.
