Jumpei Sano

Jumpei Sano currently serves as the Associate Director of Commercial Insights and Sales Force Operations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance salesforce effectiveness and managing sales operations across Japan. Prior to this role, Jumpei Sano was employed at AstraZeneca from August 2020 to June 2023 as Manager of Salesforce and Channel Excellence, where major achievements included redesigning sales force effectiveness processes and improving KPI reporting. Furthermore, Jumpei Sano held the position of Senior Manager in the Multiple Myeloma Marketing Department at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from April 2018 to August 2020, focusing on product launch strategies. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at ZS Associates, executing diverse projects for global pharmaceutical clients, and providing support in marketing strategy development. Jumpei Sano holds a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from The University of Tokyo.
