Laura Kennedy

Laura Kennedy serves as Director of US Engagement & Business Strategy at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., overseeing employee engagement initiatives and business planning priorities since January 2021. Previously, Laura held the position of Director of US Communications, leading communications for the US Rare Disease Business and developing strategies to enhance employee connection to patients. Prior roles include Head of Internal Communications at EMD Serono, Associate Director of Global Communications at Haemonetics, and Communications Manager at Olympus, among others. Laura holds an M.B.A. in Marketing, an MS in Communications Management, and a BA in Communications and Computer Science, all from Simmons University.
