Tarah Pawloski

Tarah Pawloski is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and change management. Currently serving as HRBP & Business Change Lead at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Tarah has played a pivotal role in leading change management initiatives and organizational transformation. Prior to this, Tarah worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Armstrong Consulting Group, where key contributions included operationalizing HR processes and managing talent acquisition transitions. Previous experience includes impactful roles as Human Resources Business Partner at Nordco and Director of Human Resources at Key Air, where Tarah led various projects focused on automation, efficiency improvement, and recruiting strategies. Tarah holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Charter Oak State College.
