Bittar sold his hand crafted pieces from a wooden fold-out table on St Marks Place and in Soho, NYC. In 2010, the self-taught designer was lauded by the CFDA, receiving the accessories designer of the year award. In 2013, he received the award for brand of the year by the Accessories Council.
