Billy Blackburn

Billy Blackburn has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Billy most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alexium International Group Limited since 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President - General Manager at GCHI - Giant Resource Recovery, a subsidiary of Giant Cement Holdings Inc. where they oversaw hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions.

In 2020, Billy founded and served as the President of Phenix Chemical LLC, a company specializing in solvent production and distribution. Billy ensured the full chemical life cycle services for their products and maximized customer value through innovative solutions.

From 2014 to 2019, they held the role of Vice President - Business Development at Nova Molecular Technologies, Inc. Additionally, as a partner and President at EMES starting in 2012, they managed a solvent distillation business and a national specialty distribution business. Billy was also a co-founder of the EMES - Giant Resource Recovery (GRR) Distillation Alliance.

Billy began their career at Aerotek in 2000 as the Director of Business Operations with responsibilities including the management of subsidiary companies and sales. Prior to that, they held various sales and recruiting positions at Maxim Group from 1996 to 2000.
