Gianna Jackson

Gianna Jackson is the Director at Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at TIAA from August 2014 to September 2019. In this role, they led a team of five CSR professionals and was responsible for executing all CSR activities for the firm, overseeing funding decisions to nonprofit organizations, and building and executing a strategy to establish a robust CSR function. Jackson also managed relationships with nonprofit partners, civic organizations, business leaders and public officials to strengthen the company’s presence and networks nationally and in key markets. In addition, they published the firm’s first comprehensive corporate social responsibility report (2016) and first responsible business report (2018). Jackson conceptualized and led key elements of TIAA’s 2018 centennial commemoration focused on making a difference for others and giving back through our 100 Days of Difference initiative.

Gianna Jackson has a Doctor of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University. Gianna majored in Spanish and minored in Business.
