Offir Shmulevich

Offir Shmulevich has held various roles in the technology industry since 2015. In 2015, they were a Research Assistant at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, where they operated and worked with advanced electrochemical signals to extract insights for interactions detection. In 2016, they were a Product Leader and Data Scientist at VLS4U. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Senior Data Scientist at AT&T, where they created a Linux based IoT system for data center simulation and a Reinforcement Learning based backend to stream online recommendation for the actuators in the system. From 2019 to 2021, they were R&D VP & Co-Founder at Sotalgo Capital, conducting state of the art research for AI-based low-frequency algorithmic forecasting for the capital markets. In 2021, they became Chief Technology Officer at EconArt and Senior Backend Engineer at fintastic.

Offir Shmulevich obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2017. In 2019, they completed a NAMBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Jolt.io. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Stanford University in CS231n: Convolutional Neural Networks for Visual Recognition in March 2017, CS229: Machine Learning in September 2016, and EduNano from Université Grenoble Alpes.
