Paul Habfast

Paul Habfast is an experienced AI Engineering Team Lead at Exoscale since June 2025, having previously held significant roles such as Head Of Engineering and Staff Engineer at Iprova from May 2020 to June 2025. Paul’s career includes positions as Lead Engineer and Head of Cloud Services at Nanolive SA (June 2016 - April 2020), and Founder of Ahead Solutions Sàrl (January 2014 - February 2017). Paul served as CTO at CollaborativeHealth for a brief period in 2013 and has worked as a Software Engineer at epyx, where a Mobile Device Management solution was developed. Early roles include a Customer Service Representative at SAI ERP, an Intern at Swissquote, and a Software Developer at the ESRF. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EPFL and also attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the French School of the Hague, where a Baccalaureat Général in Sciences was achieved.
