The Alfa Acciai Group has been one of Italian and European leading manufacturers of reinforcing steel and wire rod for over 60 years. Established in Brescia in the 1950s, the Group is currently controlled by the holding Siderurgica Investimenti and comprises four subsidiaries specialising in various production fields of industry: Alfa Acciai, Acciaierie di Sicilia, Ferroberica and Tecnofil. With more than 1,100 employees, a total yearly production capacity of 2.5 tonnes of steel and rolled products, the Group boasts a high level of synergy throughout the supply chain.
