Management Team

The Management Team at ALFA oversees the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. This team ensures the effective implementation of ALFA’s mission by coordinating programs, managing staff, overseeing budgets, and forming partnerships to enhance services for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. They also focus on improving outreach, education, and testing initiatives across the rural Northwestern North Carolina counties they serve.
