Anna Bradu

Anna Bradu (Kalacheva) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Alfa-Bank since May 2018, Anna has a strong background that includes previous roles such as Head of Recruitment and Adaptation at LIFE Financial Group and Recruitment Manager at Alfa-Bank. Earlier career experience includes a position as Shift Supervisor of the Sales Group at Renaissance Credit. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Modern Technologies in Human Resource Management from the Russian University of Humanities and a specialization in Corporate Governance from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, complemented by additional training at the School of the Director of Human Resources at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
