Vladimir Kitliar

Vladimir Kitliar has extensive experience in digital product management and marketing, currently serving as the Digital CPO and Head of Alfa-Online mobile banking at Alfa-Bank since October 2017. Prior roles include Head of Digital Products at Bank of Saint Petersburg from August 2014 to October 2017, and leading the e-commerce product initiative within the Megafon Bank Project at YOTA between December 2011 and February 2013. Additionally, Vladimir held the position of Head of the e-commerce department at Yandex.Money from January 2008 to December 2011, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at both Arkhipelag from November 2005 to October 2007 and Intercom Plus ISP from December 2000 to November 2005.
